Lafayette Colorado - Indoor pool hours will be limited to fitness swim programs this summer 02 June 2022 ( news )

   Due to staffing shortages caused by the national worker shortage and competition to hire lifeguards , the BBRC will not be able to offer open swim sessions this summer at
   the Rose Lueras Indoor Pool
    . This change will go into effect on June 4 . The recreation center will continue offering swim lessons , master ' s swim , water fitness , lap swim , and the Happy Trails summer day camp programs .  
   Open swim is available at the Great Outdoors Waterpark ( GOWP ) daily from 10am to 4pm .
   Bob L . Burger Recreation Center
    membership passes will be honored , capacity permitting , at the GOWP . Additional information regarding the GOWP outdoor pool can be found at 
   theGOWP . com
    .
