Planned Use
The Applicant proposes to combine two vacant lots and construct a tunnel carwash facility with an attached office and equipment room . Access to the site will be from Aspen Ridge Drive .
Development Process
The application requires Special Use Review for a car wash in the C - 1 Zone District ( Regional Business ) , Site Plan/Architectural Review for development of the site , and a minor subdivision to combine two existing lots to total 2 . 09 acres .
