KILLEEN , Texas ( April 5 , 2024 ) – The westbound lane of Harris Avenue from 20th Street to 18th Street will be closed to through traffic today , April 5 , from 7a . m . – 5p . m . , weather permitting .
   Sewer services are being repaired in the area and personnel and equipment must enter the roadway to complete the work .
   The contractor will have traffic guided around the work site . Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices .
