The traffic signal at the intersection of Hollister Lake Rd . and Sundance Dr . have started flashing operations as of Friday , March 22 . Flashing operations are a standard part of signal light installation to get motorists used to the new traffic pattern . Full signal operations are expected to start the week of March 25 .
