Beginning 8 am Tuesday , March 5 , two eastbound lanes of E . Cone Boulevard between Summit Avenue and Orange Street will be closed due to sewer line work . The work , which is expected to be completed by 5 pm , may cause minor traffic delays .
   Signs and traffic cones are in place and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid the area . Dates and times may change due to weather or schedule changes .
