The City is about to start a new project to improve drainage along Riverdale Road . The Riverdale box culverts improvement project will repair the endtreatments of two concrete box culverts along Riverdale Road from Toro Cove to Chico Cove . The City’s contractor plans to begin clearing and preparing the project site the week of February 19 .
   Local traffic will be controlled by flagging operations while the contractor is in the initial phase of work . After the site has been cleared , a lane shift will be installed during the repair phase . Two - way traffic will be maintained throughout the project . The Riverdale box culverts improvement project is being completed by Bluff City Construction at a cost of $328 , 809 and is anticipated to be completed within seven months .
