Come and relax at the South Regional Library’s Stress Less Fest in February!
The Collier County Public Library is hosting a new program dedicated to finding the best ways to de - stress and live a healthy , balanced life . Stress can be mental , physical , and emotional and can affect everyone in one way or another . It can’t be avoided , but it can be handled - take advantage of the calming environment of the library and learn how to create a better mindset in your life .
Our patrons will be able to connect with local health representatives and organizations to find tips on stress management . Get information straight from the experts , and even attend some hands - on demonstrations of techniques in stress management . Topics include self - care , garden sanctuaries , chair massages , wellness coaching , forest bathing , humor as relief , and more . Get information from our partner organizations , including NCH Wellness , the Blue Zone Project , the Naples Players , the David Lawrence Center , and Collier County Extension Offices . Don’t stress! Join us for a relaxing day .
