The Department of Public Works is seeking a qualified candidate beginning immediately to fill a full-time Central Fleet Administrative Specialist position. The Central Fleet Administrative Specialist is responsible for a variety of general administrative duties that support the Department of Public Works Central Fleet Division, including maintaining accurate records of all fleet-related vehicles and equipment, parts, supplies, maintenance and repairs, and other related information.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED. 1+ Years of general shipping and receiving experience. 3+ Years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry or related field. Valid State of Massachusetts Driver’s License.
This is a 40 hour per week Union position. Starting hourly rate $36.41.
