The Borough is pleased to share that 
   starting Thursday February 1st
    , the Borough ' s 2024 Park Partners program will begin accepting applications .
   Under the Park Partners Grant Program , the Borough of Highland Park invites applications from residents , holds a public exhibition and voting session for all submissions , and then provides up to $2 , 000 each to help execute five winning projects .
   Project applications must be in one of the following five categories:
   1 . Environment;
   2 . Arts;
   3 . Culture & Diversity;
   4 . Safety , Universal Access , or Health & Wellness; and
   5 . Highland Park High School student ( s ) /class/club projects .

   The winning application in each category will be decided in an applicants ' exhibition and voting session held on Sunday , March 17th from 1:00 p . m . to 4:00 p . m . in the Highland Park Community Center . Only Borough residents are eligible to participate in the voting session .
   Borough residents interested in competing for a grant must complete an application ( accessible above )  and submit it to Harry Glazer ,  
   Public Information Officer , no later than Tuesday , March 5th at 1:00 pm .
