The City of Worthington will accept applications through April 5, 2024.  The City is recruiting Fire and Emergency Medical Services professionals with two years or more of full-time paid experience as a Firefighter, Fire Inspector or Paramedic with an Ohio fire department, fire division, public fire district or public EMS agency.  Individuals must have successfully completed their probationary period. Candidates may be placed in any step of the pay range depending on relevant experience and the recruiting needs of the City.

   Total Compensation:                    $74,089          $85,298          $91,436          $97,931
   *Assuming no holiday leave is used and employed the full calendar year.
   Lateral candidates will enter employment at the same seniority level as any other entry level employee and will also serve a one-year probationary period.
