The Daly City Colma Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for the 2024 Access to Higher Education Scholarships .
   Scholarships are awarded to applicants graduating from high school in 2024 , who will be continuing their education . To qualify , students must:
   1 . Reside in Daly City , Broadmoor , or Colma .
   2 . Provide proof of registration to a college or institution of higher learning , including trade schools .
   3 . Complete a short essay on one of three topics listed on the application:
       • Tell us about your aspirations and vision for your future .
       • How have you contributed to your community? 
       • How will you continue in the future?
       • Why are you deserving of this scholarship grant?
   The Chamber’s Scholarship Committee and Jefferson Union High School District staffers will review all of the candidate’s applications , and the winners will be recognized at the Awards Ceremony on April 29 , 2024 . The funding of these scholarships will be paid directly to the chosen college or institution of higher learning for each of these recipients .
