The City of Beachwood is accepting applications/resumes for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant III. This position reports directly to the Chief of Police. The Administrative Assistant III is responsible for preparing letters, reporting and submitting purchase requisitions; drafting written department directives; coordinating and submitting payroll; and general office duties. A high school diploma, or GED, and at least two years of experience as an administrative assistant for an executive are required. Associate or bachelor’s degree are highly desirable. Starting salary range is $50,536.43 – $58,630.00. Applications will be accepted through April 1, 2024, or until the position is filled.
