The following events occurred on January 5 , 2024:
    
   All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law .
    
   Motor Vehicle Crash - Personal Injury
   At 2:29 AM , Deputies responded to the N2000 block of CTH OK , in the Town of Spring Grove , for a reported single vehicle crash with injury .  The investigation found that Jeremy M . M . Crabtree , 44 , of Pear City , was traveling southbound when he fell asleep , entered the ditch , and then struck a power pole .  Crabtree advised he was wearing his seatbelt and sustained suspected minor injury .  Crabtree’s vehicle sustained disabling damage , with airbag deployment , and was towed from the scene .
