   All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law .
    
   PROBATION VIOLATION:
    
   At 4:01 p . m . , Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6
   thStreet , in the City of Monroe , to assist Department of Corrections Agents . Investigation resulted in Kenneth E . Tillman , 63 of Brodhead , being arrested for a Probation Violation . Tillman was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court .
