   Our regional transportation planning agency , MAPA , is conducting a study to evaluate the need for transportation improvements in western Sarpy County on I - 80 between 168th Street and Pflug Road .  The survey is filled with information about each alternative of the study area .  
   We encourage completion of the survey whether in full or in part .  
   The decision today will determine our transportation system of tomorrow . Your input helps plan our future .
