An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Cason . During the traffic stop ,
it was discovered the driver was intoxicated . The driver ( Cynthia Menjivar ) was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated .

he driver ( Cynthia Menjivar ) has a previous criminal history of Assault .

Officers were dispatched to the 5500 block of Auden in regard to an accident that had just occurred . Upon arrival , officers observed a vehicle that crashed into the detached garage of a residence located in the 5500 block of Auden Street . After further investigation , it was discovered the driver of the vehicle was intoxicated . The driver ( Henry Heyser ) was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated .
The driver ( Henry Heyser ) has no previous criminal history .
