The New Jersey WIC Program has been informed by Reckitt/Mead Johnson , the formula manufacturer , that select batches of Nutramigen LGG powder , due to a remote possibility of cross - contamination with Cronobacter sakazakii in product sampled outside the U . S . No illnesses or adverse consumer reactions have been reported . The impacted batch codes are in the list below .
