   Reconstruction of the Arroyo Golf Course & Driving Range poles and netting began earlier this week . The installation is expected to take 3 - 4 weeks . During daytime construction hours , the pathway along the Arroyo Seco channel will be temporarily closed . At this time , the pathway will be open in the evenings and on weekends when construction is not taking place .
