The City of Laramie is allowing the closure to thru traffic
   on 2nd Street between Grand and Garfield from January 22 , 2024 , to February 7 , 2024 , to facilitate the construction of a new building downtown .
   This closure will allow the contractor to erect the steel needed for the new building .
   Detours will be in place .
