   This morning , July 11th , and tomorrow , morning , July 12th , 8th Street will be closed from 23rd Avenue to 24th Avenue for completion of street repairs . The street will be open in the afternoons .
   
   In addition , there will be lane restrictions in the same area for the next three days .  
    Please slow down and use caution when passing through this area .
