Park County , CO - The Treasurer and Public Trustee announces a delay in the availability of Tax Notices for the upcoming tax year , 2024 . The delay is attributed to legislative modifications implemented by the Colorado Legislature aimed at accommodating property tax relief measures .
In adherence to the newly amended legislative guidelines , the certification of Park County Tax Warrants will now be postponed until January 24 , 2024 . This alteration in the deadline calendar extends the timeline for Tax Warrant Certification , affecting the subsequent delivery of Tax statements to property owners .
Upon the completion of the Tax Roll process , property owners can expect to receive their Tax statements , typically delivered by mail within approximately two weeks .
