   Please be advised that the Stanford Avenue Storm Drain Repair Project will occur this Wednesday , February 14 and Thursday , February 15 . Stanford Avenue will be CLOSED during this time due to construction . Additionally , commuters should expect delays and lane closures on Beach Boulevard .
