   Let’s help you get “centered”  all while seated in a chair . Instructors from the Somerset County YMCA will lead you through a series of poses that will build strength , flexibility , and lengthen your muscles .   Meditation and relaxation will conclude your workout .   We recommend that you consult with your physician prior to starting any fitness program .
