Garland , Pulaski and Saline counties , in coordination with the Arkansas Department of Transportation ( ARDOT ) and the Federal Highway Administration ( FHWA ) , will conduct a virtual public involvement meeting from 5:30 – 6:30 p . m . on Tuesday , May 3 , to present alignment adjustments to the selected alternative for the Southwest Bicycle/Pedestrian Trail connecting the City of Hot Springs to the City of Little Rock .
