Plow crews have completed the East , West and Downtown priority routes and have moved to clearing residential streets , using six plows , two loaders , and two de - icing units . They will continue with alternating 12 - hour shifts until all streets have been plowed .
   Crews are asking drivers to not pass plows on either side . Please be patient and take alternate routes if needed .  
   As residents and business owners clear snow from sidewalks , driveways , and parking lots , please avoid pushing snow onto the streets or sidewalks . And to prevent future flooding , try to pile the snow on a downslope .
