Information provided by the Florida Department of Transportation ( FDOT )
   Drivers will encounter a temporary road closure at 
   Settlers Colony Boulevard
    beginning at 
   7 a . m . Tuesday , May 31 through 5 p . m . Thursday , June 30
    . This temporary closure will allow crews to install a new drainage structure . Motorists , bicyclists , and pedestrians can access Settlers Colony Boulevard via Venetian Way and Coronado Drive . Detour signs will be in place to guide travelers through the detour route . Residents may experience noise , vibrations , and dust during daytime hours as part of this drainage improvement effort .  
    
   All planned construction activities are weather - dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather . Drivers and residents are reminded to use caution when traveling through the work zone , watch for construction workers and equipment entering and exiting the roadway , and ensure safety by maintaining a safe distance from the work zone .
