The Town is closing a small section of Upper Alpine , approximately 1 . 5 miles up from Willowbrook Dr today at 11:30am , due to low utility lines resulting from a fallen tree . AT&T has been called and is actively responding to address the issue . In the meantime , residents of Los Trancos Woods are advised to take a detour via Los Trancos Road . The closure is anticipated to be temporary , AT&T has not provided an ETA yet .
