The City of San Marcos would like to hear from residents , service providers , business owners , and other interested parties on the housing , community , and economic development needs and resources of the community . This feedback will be used to help the City structure its Community Development Block Grant ( CDBG ) program for the coming Annual Action Plan Year 24 - 25 .
