    – Due to inclement weather , Richard Hall Community Health & Wellness Center will close at 5 p . m . on Tuesday , Feb . 13 and will be closed for in - person appointments and in - person group sessions . The Center will resume its normal operations from 8:30 a . m . to 8 p . m . on Wednesday , Feb . 14 .

   In case of a psychiatric emergency ,  contact Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services ( Bridgeway PESS ) at 908 - 526 - 4100 . This service can be accessed 24 hours a day , seven days a week .
