. The following is a general description of the application:
An application by James R . Gray , Jr . ( applicant ) and Patrick M . Northstein ( property owner ) to amend the Gloucester County Zoning Map to reclassify approximately 3 . 96 +/ - acres of a 4 . 81 - acre parcel from B - 4 , Rural Business , to SC - 1 , Suburban Countryside . The parent parcel is identified as Tax Map Parcel 30 - 125A and is located in the Abingdon Magisterial District . The portion of the parcel proposed to be rezoned has frontage on Hickory Fork Road ( SR614 ) and is located on the same property as the former “Rick’s Store . ” A 0 . 85 - acre portion of the property ( that contains the Country Store ) is proposed to retain its current B - 4 zoning designation .
