Bid specifications are available by clicking the links below or contact City Hall at ( 989 ) 362 - 6161 .   Sealed bids must be submitted by 4:00 p . m . on Friday , March 15 , 2024 , to East Tawas City Hall , 760 Newman Street , East Tawas , MI 48730 .   The City has a local preference policy and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids , whichever is deemed in the best interest of the City .
