   RECREATION SPECIALIST
   Provides support for the city’s Reecy Davis Recreation Center, recreation activities, parks, and special events. Assists in implementing and facilitating recreation facility programs. requires knowledge and experience in planning and conducting recreation programs. Maintains accurate accountability for payment accounts and cash deposits. Performs general clerical duties as required, including preparing reports and correspondence, copying and filing documents, answering the telephone, attending meetings, etc. Performs related duties as required.
   Requires a bachelor's degree in leisure services, parks, recreation management, or related field supplemented by two years of responsible experience in recreation programming; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
   Pay Rate: DOQ
   Hours: Full-Time Position    |    40 hours per week
