The City of Grandview Heights is accepting applications for a Recreation Programmer. Under the direction of the Director of Parks & Recreation, is responsible for performing a variety of duties using a high degree of independent judgement. Plans, coordinates, and supervises preschool, youth, teen, adult and therapeutic recreation programs. Required to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Qualified applicants must have a valid Ohio Driver’s license, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in recreation, physical education, or related field, or a minimum of four years’ experience in a supervisory position in recreation or related field. Desired skills include developing, planning, organizing and implementing a variety of recreation programs and identify community needs and recommend appropriate programs.

Salary minimum/maximum range for this job title is $36,500 - $66,000, with excellent benefits. The target hiring salary range for this vacancy is $43,000 - $50,000 based on applicable experience, skill set and technical abilities.
