Request for Qualifications ( RFQ )
   The Town of Nolensville is seeking a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS from professional qualified architectural design firms to provide design review services to determine compliance of submitted development plans .
   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
    that the Town of Nolensville , Tennessee , will receive Statements of Qualifications from professional , qualified architectural design firms to provide design review service to determine compliance of submitted development plans . All submittals should be mailed to Janice Lupo , Town Hall , 7218 Nolensville Road , Nolensville , Tennessee , 37135 .
   DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTALS
   is FRIDAY , June 3 , 2022 at 3:00 PM ( Central Time ) . The envelope containing the Statement of Qualifications must be sealed and addressed to Janice Lupo , Planning Assistant , and plainly marked Statement of Qualifications - Architectural Design . ” Statements of Qualifications that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non - responsive . Submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted . Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted .
   The Town of Nolensville shall reserve the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville , Tennessee .
