The City of Watertown is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct an analysis of one-way streets within our city, focusing on Third Street and Fourth Street, arterial one-way streets in the downtown area and extending southerly to Western Avenue. This analysis aims to evaluate the viability, effectiveness, safety, and potential impacts of converting select one-way streets to two-way traffic flow.
