   TOWN OF BUCHANAN STORMWATER UTILITY RESOLUTION FOR PURCHASE OF VACANT LAND AT HANK DRIVE APPLETON , WISCONSIN
    
   WHEREAS ,
   the Town of Buchanan Stormwater Utility , Outagamie County , desires to purchase vacant land located at Hank Drive , Appleton , Wisconsin , described as:
   A parcel of land located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 , Section Thirty - three ( 33 ) , Township Twenty - one ( 21 ) North , Range Eighteen ( 18 ) East , Town of Buchanan , Outagamie County , Wisconsin described as follows:
   Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 26 , thence North 40°39 ' 15"W 994 . 01 feet along the North line of Section 33 , thence S38°32 ' 36"W 373 . 59 feet to the point of beginning . Thence continue S38°32 ' 36"W 6 . 80 feet , thence S89°53 ' 19"W 135 . 75 feet to the East R/W line of Van Handel Drive , thence S0°06 ' 41"E 90 . 47 feet along said R/W line to the North R/W line of Hank Drive , thence N89°53 ' 19"E 140 . 00 feet along said R/W line , thence N00°06 ' 41"W 95 . 78 feet to the point of beginning .

   WHEREAS , the Town Stormwater Utility purchase of the property will be for a stormwater management retention pond; and
              
   WHEREAS , owner of record Thomas R . Beck desires to sell the property to the Town Stormwater Utility; and
              
   WHEREAS , the Town Stormwater Utility deems it appropriate that the property be purchased for $56 , 000 . 00 plus certain costs of the transaction;
               NOW THEREFORE ,
   the Town of Buchanan Stormwater Utility , by its Stormwater Utility Commission , hereby resolves that the property be purchased for a price of $56 , 000 . 00 .
