Excellent career opportunity to work as a full-time Maintenance Worker in the Village of Lake Zurich’s Public Works Department.
Position Responsibilities
: Responsibilities include a variety of tasks related to construction, repair and maintenance of Village buildings, streets, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer and water systems, and water treatment facilities; landscape and tree maintenance; snow removal, street sweeping, and provide support for special events. Position will be expected to operate a wide variety of vehicles and equipment. Position must be able to respond to evening and weekend emergency call-outs and perform scheduled weekend work as assigned on an overtime basis.
