PUBLIC NOTICE
   ATLANTIC CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY
   FY 2025 ANNUAL PLAN
   The Atlantic City Housing Authority invites you to attend a public hearing on its Annual Agency Plan for 2025 . The hearing will be held from 10:00 A . M to 12:00 P . M . on Monday , May 20 , 2024 at Jeffries Tower , 227 Vermont North , Atlantic City , 17th floor .
   The Agency Plan identifies the needs of lower income households that are served by the Housing Authority’s public housing and Section 8 rental assistance programs . The Agency Plan sets forth a strategy to address identified needs and identifies various operational and management measures that will be used to implement the Plan . The purpose of the plan is for the Housing Authority to demonstrate how it will conduct its’ operations in a manner that is consistent with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 .
   Draft copies of the Housing Authority’s Agency Plan will be available for public inspection beginning Monday , May 13 , 2024 at the Housing Authority’s administrative offices at Jeffries Tower , 227 Vermont North , the Public Library and on the PHA website ( www . atlanticcityha . org ) . The Housing Authority will accept written comments on the Agency Plan which may be submitted to the Atlantic City Housing Authority at P . O . Box 1258 Atlantic City , NJ 08404 or Jeffries Tower until 12:00 Noon on Monday , May 20 , 2024 .
   The Board of Directors of the Atlantic City Housing Authority will consider the Annual Agency Plan at a meeting scheduled for Thursday , June 27 , 2024 at 4:30 PM and is expected to approve submission at that time . It is the intent of the Housing Authority to submit the Agency Plan to HUD immediately thereafter .
