The City of Enid , Oklahoma ( the “City” ) invites and encourages all interested citizens and other interested parties to attend two public hearings scheduled for
Tuesday , June 7 , 2022
, at
6:30 P . M .
, and
Tuesday , June 21 , 2022
, at
6:30 P . M .
in the City Commission Chambers located at the City Administration Building , 401 West Owen K . Garriott Road , Enid , Oklahoma .
The purpose of the first hearing shall be for information and questions , and the second hearing shall be for persons to have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed amendment of Increment District No . 7 , City of Enid ( the “Increment District” or “TP&L TIF” ) , and the TP&L Economic Development Project Plan ( the “Project Plan” ) , and the proposed Increment District No . 9 , City of Enid ( the “Increment District” or “Takkion TIF” ) , and the Takkion Economic Development Project Plan ( the “Project Plan” ) .
