BASIC FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible for the development and implementation of capital projects and related services and programs for an assigned department. Duties and responsibilities are based around complete and comprehensive project management functions throughout all phases of a project including planning, design, and construction. Depending on the business needs of the County, these duties and responsibilities may be performed directly by the individual, indirectly through the supervision of assigned technical staff, or indirectly through the management of County contracted vendors, consultants, and contractors.
