Issaquah Washington : Pre Application Community Meeting Front Street Townhomes ( Issaquah ) - The Community Planning & Development Department is hosting a Pre - Application Community Meeting . The purpose of the meeting is to inform residents at an early stage about a project at 665 Front Street North to construct approximately 1 , 500 square feet of retail along Front Street and 35 residential units . The applicant is Kevin Merriman with Main Street Property Group . During the meeting , project information will be presented by the applicant and attendees will be able to comment and ask questions .
