The Port Arthur City Council met at 9:30 AM for a Regular meeting on March 1 , 2022 , in City Hall Council Chambers . Among the business discussed , Ke ' Andre Jones , a stellar student athlete and a junior at Memorial High School was honored by the Mayor and the City of Port Arthur .
