   Please be advised that Phase 2B of the Alder / Poplar reconstruction project has started . Poplar , from S . 2nd Ave . to S . 5th Ave will be closed for the duration of the project , approximately 3 months . There will be thru access at S . 3rd Ave . ( with intermittent closures ) . Work on S . 2nd Ave is scheduled to be completed in mid July .
