Asplundh Tree Experts LLC will perform vegetation management in compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements which will include removal of incompatible trees within the PSE&G rights - of - way and trimming of branches originating from trees outside the rights - of - way that hang over or cross onto the rights - of - way . Maintaining vegetation surrounding power lines will help to prevent or mitigate any future outages .  
   Prior to the start of work , affected property owners will notified via certified mail and also in person , if necessary .
