From December 29 , 2023 - January 4 , 2024 , the City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting 53 COVID - 19 - positive cases for Port Arthur , Groves , Nederland , and Port Neches .
    The Vaccination Clinic is open at the Texas Artists Museum , located at 3501 Cultural Center Drive , Port Arthur , TX , right across from the Civic Center . The clinic is open daily , from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM , for your convenience .
