NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
   CITY OF BROOKS , IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
   PROPOSED BYLAW 23/17 ( ZONING CHANGE )
   To be held at 5:00 pm , February 5 , 2024
   City of Brooks Council Chambers
   PURSUANT to sections 216 . 4 , 606 and 692 of the Municipal Government Act , Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 , Chapter M - 26 , as amended , the Council of the City of Brooks in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt Bylaw 23/17 , being an amendment to Land Use Bylaw 14/12 for the municipality .
   THE PURPOSE of the proposed Bylaw 23/17 is to redesignate a portion of SW1/4 3 - 19 - 14 - W4M ( Sutherland Drive E ) from “DIRECT CONTROL ( DC ) ” to "COMMERCIAL GENERAL ( C - G ) ” , as illustrated below , in keeping with the policies of the Northeast Sector Area Structure Plan .
