The complainant reported that she initiated a break up with a man in 2021 . There were subsequent electronic contacts initiated by him but nothing in person until today . On this date , he entered her place of employment and followed her around the store , but never got close and never made any statements , but sent her a text stating , “I can see you” He did however , ask the store manager if he could speak to her . The store manager declined and encouraged the subject to leave . He was gone prior to police arrival .

   04/28/22          4:26 p . m .         100 Block of N . Maple Drive                         Disorderly Conduct

Two people were vacuuming and drying their respective vehicles when one used a hose to wash off her floor mats and accidentally splashed water onto the other party’s’ truck . That set him off in a rage and he approached the woman in a menacing manner , yelling and gesticulating . He also stepped into a puddle and attempted to splash water onto her vehicle , and while his feeble attempt failed , he may have actually kicked her bumper . An employee attempted to intervene and the subject turned his ire towards him and a face to face yelling match ensued . After apparently running out of invective , the subject found the young assistant manager and demanded the immediate termination , of employment , not life , of the other employee . He received a non - committal response , but waited for 20 minutes for some action to occur . As nothing took place , the subject left the car wash in his oversized pick - up . The police were called after his departure and were able to watch the entire incident on the security camera system . The matter is under investigation with the outcome pending contact with the other party .
