Highlands Ranch Metro District Colorado - New bridge to be installed at West Fork this spring 01 January 2100 ( news )

In order to make way for a new bridge crossing this spring , the northern portion of West Fork Disc Golf Course is temporarily closed . Site work along the gulch will be ongoing over the next couple of months , and installation of the bridge is expected in June .
Baskets for Holes 8 - 14 were removed this morning . The rest of the course remains open . Please stay out of the construction area and be mindful of other disc golfers and trail users .
Over the past several years , the current trail crossing has been subject to repeated flooding . This resulted in debris and sediment buildup , which disrupted the ability of trail users , disc golfers , and maintenance personnel to cross Dad Clark Gulch . Mile High Flood District , a partner of the Metro District , will cover all costs of the project beyond the design and purchase of the bridge .
West Fork Disc Golf Course , built in partnership with South Suburban Parks and Recreation in 2020 , is located at 9095 S . Broadway in Highlands Ranch .
