The New Smyrna Beach Regional Library , 1001 S . Dixie Freeway , offers a variety of programs to help adults learn new skills and make new friends in February .
The library is open from 12 to 5 p . m . Sunday , 9 a . m . to 7 p . m . Monday through Thursday , and 9 a . m . to 5 p . m . Friday and Saturday .
