In accordance with an Order of Sale issued in Highland County Court of Common Pleas Case #22CV0185 on January 18 , 2024 , the Village of Greenfield and Greenfield Community Improvement Corporation are accepting bids for the purchase of 425 S . Fifth Street , Greenfield , Ohio 45123 , being Highland County Ohio Parcel Number 27 - 16 - 001 - 050 . 00 . The minimum bid required is $8 , 200 . 00 . All bids must be submitted in conjunction with the purchase of 415 S . Fifth Street , Greenfield , Ohio 45123 , Highland County Ohio Parcel Number 27 - 16 - 001 - 049 . 00 with the bid sheet breaking down the purchase price by parcel and the price must meet the minimum bid of both parcels combined . The bid per parcel must also meet the minimum bid required of each parcel . Bids will be opened on March 13 , 2024 at 12:00pm in the Council Chambers of the Village of Greenfield , Ohio . A purchase agreement will be executed with the highest bidder that meets or exceeds the minimum bid . Bids shall be submitted to the Village of Greenfield , Ohio , 300 Jefferson Street , Greenfield , Ohio 45123 no later than noon on March 13 , 2024 .
